Spoon Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly over fish spread.
Drizzle Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly over warmed Brie cheese and top with chopped pecans.
Mango Habanero Bar-b-Que Sauce:
Saute’ 2 cloves minced garlic with 1 small minced onion until tender. Blend in 1 cup Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon yellow mustard. Mix well. Baste on chicken, ribs, salmon. Bake or grill.
Polish Kielbasa with Mango Habanero Sauce:
In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add one package Polish Kielbasa cut into chunks. Cook until browned. Add 1 green pepper cut into chunks with 1 large onion cut into quarters and 2 cloves minced garlic. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Stir in ¾ cup Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly. Heat to bubbling. Serve over favorite rice or noodles.
Mango Habanero Salmon Glaze:
Blend ¼ cup Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly with juice from 1 lime, 1 clove minced garlic, and 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro. Baste salmon and bake or grill.
Mango Habanero Desserts:
Drizzle warmed Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly over cheesecake.
Blend Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly into slightly melted vanilla ice cream. Re-freeze for a delightfully tangy dessert.
Warm in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds for a tangy dip for sourdough pretzels. Use as a spread on ham sandwiches, heat as a sauce over slices of ham, pork, or chicken, and use as a glaze on ham or pork. Great as a grilling sauce as well.
